Married Joyce March 5th 1983
I was a Tool and Die Maker for 8-years, then changed my profession to Sales and Service for an Illinois company selling Sony linear scales and Digital readouts.
In 1998 Joyce and I started our own company selling and servicing all types of machines that are used in the metal cutting industry. Also that same year we took on the Heidenhain linear and rotary scales and started specializing in machine tool feedback.

We got into the Old car hobby. First with the Ford 1930 Model A which has been in our family since new. Then a 1954 Lincoln Capri two door Coupe, a 1966 Pontiac GTO Hardtop and most recently a 1969 Pontiac FireBird Convertible.

Skipping out of a day of school in our junior year, I believe it was "Career" day, to prep and paint my 1970 Volkswagen Beetle flat black. I remember it was Mark Hintz, Mark Hohlfeld and I. We would go back to school at the beginning of each hour for attendance.
As the day progressed we showed up at school dirtier and dirtier. I think Mark Hintz still may have flat black paint in his teeth. As far as school was concerned we didn’t skip out of any classes, but my dad still took away my driving privileges for 10-days, he knew we had to skip classes to do the job we did. Oh and of course! Paul Williams would have his weekly Saturday night parties. Good times!
